🍞 3️⃣ Why “Gluten-Free” Does NOT Automatically Mean “More Filling”

This is a very important concept.

❌ Gluten-free ≠ Automatically low GI
❌ Gluten-free ≠ Guaranteed stable blood sugar

If a product is made using:
• Refined rice flour
• Fiber-removed flour
• Highly processed starches

Then even if it is gluten-free,
👉 it is still essentially a simple carbohydrate.

What I’ve always emphasized is not simply:
“Can rice be made into bread?”

Instead, the real question is:
👉 Is this bread suitable for everyday eating?

The grains I use — such as brown rice, millet, pearl rice, and black rice — share several important characteristics:

✔ Natural whole grains
✔ Contain fiber and germ
✔ Classified as complex carbohydrates
✔ Provide more stable energy release
