For orders of 20–49 packs, shipping costs are borne by the partner.
To help reduce your actual operating costs, Goglufree will provide additional premix products based on the actual shipping cost of your order.
How Does It Work?
If your shipping cost is RM20, you may choose 1 eligible product with a recommended retail price below RM20, for example:
Brown Rice — RM17.90
Millet — RM19.90
Pearl Rice — RM19.90
Multi-Purpose — RM15.90
Quinoa — RM15.90
100% Buckwheat — RM15.90
If your shipping cost is RM40, for example:
Millet RM19.90
- Pearl Rice RM19.90
= RM39.80 ✓
If your shipping cost is RM50, for example:
Red Rice RM21.90
- Black Rice RM21.90
= RM43.80 ✓
📌 Shipping Product Subsidy Terms
Partners may select eligible products of their choice, provided that the total recommended retail value of the complimentary products is lower than the actual shipping cost of the order.
✔ One or more eligible premix products may be selected
✔ Products may be mixed, provided the total value remains within the eligible amount
✘ Complimentary products cannot be exchanged for cash
✘ Cannot be used to offset the product purchase amount
✘ Cannot be used as a direct deduction from the shipping fee
🏪 About Retail Pricing
To maintain Goglufree’s brand positioning while ensuring our partners have a reasonable profit margin, we provide a standard Recommended Retail Price (RRP) as a reference for in-store sales.
For online platforms, actual selling prices may vary due to platform vouchers, coins, store promotions, free-shipping subsidies, and other campaigns.
We encourage our partners to maintain reasonable pricing and do not recommend selling consistently at prices significantly below the RRP.
📦 Ordering & Payment
All products can be mixed and matched across different ranges and flavours, as long as the total quantity meets the requirement for the selected partnership level.
Ordering:
Please place your order at least 3 working days in advance to allow sufficient time for production, stock preparation, and delivery arrangements.
Payment:
Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received. Stock preparation and delivery will be arranged after payment confirmation. Credit terms are currently not available.
Delivery:
20–49 packs: Shipping is borne by the partner and is eligible for our Shipping Product Subsidy.
50 packs or more: Free standard shipping within West Malaysia.
