📦 发货说明
完成下单及付款后，请预留约 2–3个工作日 安排发货。
西马、东马及新加坡的运费有所不同。
特别提醒：东马部分地区可能不在配送范围内。下单后，请先等待店长确认实际运费及配送详情，确认后再完成付款。
🛠️ 产品保期
产品保固期从顾客收到货品当天起计算：
⚙️ 摩打（Motor）：3个月保期
🔋 电池（Battery）：1年保期
保固主要针对产品在正常使用情况下出现的相关功能问题。
除机器摩打及电池的指定保固外，其他机器配件及赠品若因人为因素、错误操作、跌落、碰撞或其他人为原因造成损坏，均不属于保固范围。
🔍 QC 与运输损坏说明
所有制面机在发货前都会经过 QC品质检查，确认后才安排发货。
运输过程中可能因搬运及碰撞造成包装或产品表面出现轻微擦痕或小碰伤，此类不影响正常使用的轻微外观情况，敬请理解。
若收到产品时发现因运输造成的明显或严重损坏：
👉 请第一时间拍摄照片及视频作为凭证，并联系我们处理。
⚠️ 运输损坏问题必须在收到货品后的3天内提出。超过3天后提出的运输损坏申诉，将不予受理。
🎁 配件及赠品检查
制面机随附的配件及赠品共10件。
其中：
✔ 5款制面模具属于标准配件
✔ 其余配件属于额外赠品，不包含在产品保固范围内
请以购买页面所显示的标准配件图片及说明为准。
收到产品后，请立即检查所有配件及赠品。如发现：
配件遗漏
数量不符
收到的配件与订单内容不符
请在收到货品后的3天内联系本网站或购买商家处理。超过3天后才提出的配件遗漏或不符问题，将不予受理。
特别注明：灌肠模具的实际外观可能与示意图片有所不同，每套仅附送1件。
* 如果机器出现问题（保期3个月内）（摩哆或电池）请先通知黄爸爸，确定机器故障需要维修后，请自行邮寄过来维修地址，收到后我们将会安排进行维修工作，完成后再通过运输发货回去您所提供的住址，然而所有的邮费将会由【买方负责】。 本网站只提供维修的零件，有关运输费用本网站一律不负责。

📦 Shipping Information
- Please allow approximately 2–3 working days for your order to be processed and shipped after payment is completed.
- Shipping fees vary for West Malaysia, East Malaysia, and Singapore.
- Important for East Malaysia: Delivery may not be available to all areas. After placing your order, please wait for our team to confirm the actual shipping fee and delivery details before making payment.
🛠️ Product Warranty
The warranty period begins from the date you receive the product:
- ⚙️ Motor: 3-Month Warranty
- 🔋 Battery: 1-Year Warranty
The warranty covers relevant functional issues that occur under normal use.
Apart from the specified warranty for the motor and battery, damage to other machine accessories or complimentary items caused by misuse, improper handling, dropping, impact, or other human factors is not covered under warranty.
🔍 Quality Check (QC) & Shipping Damage
Every noodle maker will undergo a Quality Check (QC) before being shipped.
During transportation, minor scratches or small marks may occasionally occur due to handling or impact. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the normal operation of the product.
If you receive a product with obvious or serious damage caused during transportation:
👉 Please take photos and videos immediately as evidence and contact us for assistance.
⚠️ Any claim regarding shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
🎁 Accessories & Complimentary Items
Each noodle maker comes with a total of 10 accessories and complimentary items.
These include:
✔ 5 noodle-making moulds as standard accessories
✔ The remaining items are provided as complimentary gifts and are not covered under the product warranty.
Please refer to the standard accessory images and descriptions shown on the product purchase page.
Upon receiving your order, please check all accessories and complimentary items carefully. If you find:
- Missing accessories
- Incorrect quantities
- Items that do not match your order
Please contact our website or the retailer from whom you purchased the product within 3 days of receiving your order. Claims regarding missing or incorrect accessories submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Special Note: The actual appearance of the sausage-stuffing attachment may differ from the illustration. Only one sausage-stuffing attachment is included per set.
