无麸质荞麦脆饼和传统的小麦面粉制作的方式有所不同，只因缺乏小麦里的蛋白质（简称麸质）饼干就容易断裂，所以需要经过特别多的步骤才能将饼干切成薄片，一刀直下，干净利落。

Courier delivery may involve unavoidable handling movement.
Based on prior experience, biscotti tins will be replaced with vacuum-sealed kraft paper bags, wrapped with protective air cushioning to reduce breakage.
A “Fragile” label will also be placed on the box, kindly requesting couriers to handle with care.
