• A 3-month warranty from the date of receipt applies to the motor and battery only. Other accessories, complimentary items, and damage caused by misuse are excluded.
• Every unit is inspected before shipment. Minor cosmetic marks may occasionally occur during transportation.
• For shipping damage, missing items, or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide photos or videos as supporting evidence. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
• Please contact us for confirmation before sending the machine for repair. All return and redelivery shipping costs for repairs are borne by the buyer.

The 3-minute preparation time is an approximate reference for one serving when operated by an experienced user. It excludes ingredient preparation and cooking time. Actual preparation time may vary depending on serving size and individual operation.
